Digital products, Services and Events (Virtual and Live) 

We do not issue refunds for digital products, services and all events, including virtual online events once the order is confirmed and payment received. At present we do not offer physical products.  

Events 

Buyer understands that all sales (tickets, sponsorships, vendors) are final and no refunds will be issued. In the event of a hurricane or other Act of God, vendors, sponsors and ticket holders understand and agree that the event will be rescheduled and no credits or monies will be issued.
